Dr. Borge has been a long time sponsor and supporter of community baseball and softball programs. He has for the past 13 years been a major sponsor of the Sacramento City College baseball fundraiser. Dr. Borge has also been a sponsor of the Del Campo High School girls softball program for the past 3 years. Dr. Borge has outfield fence sign recognition at both of these fields and can often be seen enjoying the games there. Dr. Borge has also supported boys and girls little league and softball and men's senior softball over the years. In 2009, Dr. Borge supported one baseball and one softball team in the North Natomas little league.

Dr. Borge has been a player in the National Adult Baseball Association (NABA) for the past 11 years. Dr. Borge has also played in 3 other baseball leagues and multiple softball leagues over the past 20 years.

Dr. Borge has been a steady sponsor of the men's $15,000.00 Futures Tennis Tournament in South Natomas since it moved there 3 years ago. Dr. Borge has courtside, program, and T-shirt recognition for this sponsorship. Dr. Borge will currently be a gold sponsor for the men's $50,000.00 Challenger Tennis Event to be held in South Natomas October 3-13th at the Natomas Racquet Club. Dr. Borge participated in the Kid's in the Clinic Charity tennis tournament, which supports UOP Dental School.

Dr. Borge has been a member of the Natomas Racquet Club for the past 18 years and has participated in multiple social, team, interclub, and tournament tennis events.

Dr. Borge has been both a participant and sponsor of multiple charity and social golf events. Dr. Borge has participated in the Sacramento District Dental Society (SDDS) Golf Tournament every year since he joined in 1993. Dr. Borge has participated and been a tournament and hole sponsor for the Sacramento City College Baseball Golf Tournament for the past 13 years. Dr. Borge has participated in the Natomas Chamber of Commerce golf tournament, and the Westlake Charter Charity golf tournament for the past 3 years. Dr. Borge has been a participant of the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD) CharityGlow Ball Tournament for the past 2 years. In 2009, Dr. Borge participated in the North Natomas Little League charity golf tournament. Dr. Borge is an avid golfer and enjoys playing for charity and for fun.

Dr. Borge has been for the past year and in 2009-2010 will be sponsoring up and coming professional billiard player Liz Ford. You can check out Liz at her website at www.lizford.net. Liz has been seen on ESPN, and the Discovery channel and continues to move up in the WPBA rankings. Dr. Borge was with Liz in Las Vegas in May when her and her doubles partner won the National 8 Ball Doubles tournament.
